is known to audiences in Los Angeles for his critically acclaimed productions including Eric Overmyer’s DARK RAPTURE at the Evidence Room, and the World Premiere of Sheila Callaghan’s CRUMBLE at LATC. Both enjoyed extended runs and Critics’ Choice from the L.A. Times. Other world premieres include Keith Josef Adkin’s FAREWELL MISS COTTON at the Black Dahlia and most recently, David Rock’s GRAND DELUSION at the Lost Studio. He’s also directed for Antaeus, Theatre of NOTE, the Odyssey, the Blank, and the Road Theatre, with the death metal L.A. premiere of Mickey Birnbaum’s BIG DEATH AND LITTLE DEATH, having directed its first reading for ASK Theater Projects in 2001. His staging of Bryan Davidson’s DEATH’S MESSENGERS at the MET Theatre earned them two LA Weekly Theater Award nominations for writing and direction. Biederman spent seven seasons with San Francisco’s American Conservatory Theater, directing and serving in many senior capacities on the A.C.T. artistic staff, and as Associate Director of their M.F.A. program. Bay Area productions include Peter Barnes' RED NOSES, also a Critic’s Choice and named one of the year's 10 best productions, as well as the acclaimed West Coast premiere of Constance Congdon’s NO MERCY which he directed again for the 24th Street Theatre in Los Angeles. Between projects, Biederman pursues educational assignments in acting and directing, teaching both privately and for many reputable training programs throughout the country, from the Williamstown Theatre Festival to the Old Globe, and locally at Cal State Fullerton where he served three years as their Head of Directing. Biederman will next direct Lillian Hellman’s THE AUTUMN GARDEN for the Antaeus Company and then the Los Angeles premiere of Sarah Ruhl’s THE CLEAN HOUSE at the Odyssey Theatre. is a Texas native who now calls Los Angeles home. Recent LA theatre credits include La Ronde, You're on the Air, The Count of Monte Cristo, and the critically acclaimed Bill W. and Dr. Bob. Other regional theatre credits include Grease, The Who's Tommy, Funny Girl, all for Theatre Under the Stars, 4:48 Psychosis (BADA), and the original production of James Gaunt's Leather Clad Chaperone. She can currently be seen as series regular "Marina" in the web series Charlie Brown + The New Black, on the Sky Showbiz sketch show Hollywood Hangover, and in the award winning independent film Refrigerator (NYC PictureStart Audience Award - Best Actress). Look for her this fall in the upcoming web series Workshop. Alyson is a graduate of the University of Southern California and the British American Dramatic Academy at Oxford. Ken Barnett (The Man) Originally from Memphis, TN, Ken now lives in New York City and Los Angeles. On Broadway, Ken has appeared in the recent revival of WONDERFUL TOWN and in Julie Taymor's THE GREEN BIRD. Off-Broadway productions include DEBBIE DOES DALLAS, IMPERFECT CHEMISTRY, JOY, Susan Stroman's A CHRISTMAS CAROL at Madison Square Garden, HOUDINI, and THE WHORE OF SHERIDAN SQUARE, for which he received a NYIT Best Featured Actor Nomination. In Los Angeles, Ken originated the roles of Paul in ATLANTA at the Geffen Playhouse and Matt in THE ID & BOB at the Lillian Theatre. He has also performed extensively at regional theatres around the country, including productions of GLASS MENAGERIE (Tom), Maury Yeston's HANS CHRISTIAN ANDERSEN (Hans), Adam Guettel's MYTHS + HYMNS (nomination: Best Leading Actor, Philly Awards), MERRILY WE ROLL ALONG (Frank) at the Guthrie, LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS (Seymour), BLOOD BROTHERS, BALM IN GILEAD, and MAME (opposite Christine Ebersole). Feature film credits include appearances in POLAR OPPOSITES, IRA & ABBY, PUCCINI FOR BEGINNERS, THE PRODUCERS, and GAME SIX. Television: GREY'S ANATOMY, HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER, ENTOURAGE, MONK, GUIDING LIGHT, BIG RED (pilot), and lots of commercials. Ken is a graduate of Wesleyan University.
John is the Resident Lighting Designer for the Brown University/Trinity Rep Consortium. He received the LA Weekly Award for Best Lighting Design for his work on Iphigenia… (A Rave Fable) with Son of Semele Ensemble. John has designed numerous productions around the country including, What To Wear (w/ Richard Foreman) for the Center for New Performance at REDCAT; Frankenstein: Mortal Toys with Automata Arts at Here Arts Center; Someone In Florida Loves Me at The Paradise Factory; Miss Julie at Sledgehammer Theatre; Tartuffe for The Theatre at Boston Court; Porridge with Perfect Disgrace Theatre at The Boulder Fringe; Pageant of the 4 Seasons: A 99 Cent Only Modern Something for Ken Roht and Orphean Circus. was inspired into a career in the theatre by the collages of Reza Abdoh. He has designed sonic environments, narrative noises, and musical mutterings for the LA Philharmonic, Evidence Room, Theatre@Boston Court, Actors' Gang, EastWest Players, CTG, Geffen Theatre, South Coast Rep, Long Beach Opera, Humana Festival, La Mama and other spaces. John has received several awards for design and ensemble work and is an alumnus of the NEA/TCG Program for Theater Designers. Media work includes the "Faux Baby" series on Strike.TV, the feature "Gary's Walk." Upcoming projects include MAURITIUS at Pasadena Playhouse and OUR TOWN at The Actors' Gang.

produced FINALLY at the Black Dahlia Theatre. She is a recent Los Angeles transplant who graduated from UC Irvine and is a regular member of the Transversal Theater Company. Past productions include: THE SOUND OF MUSIC, GUYS AND DOLLS, ORPHEUS DESCENDING, UNDER MILKWOOD, WOOF,DADDY, GRAND DELUSION, and SECRETS OF THE TRADE. Breanne spent last summer touring with the production of BLUE SHADE which played in the Czech Republic, Poland, and Romania.
is a recent graduate of the University of California Irvine. Credits include As You Like It, The Seagull, and Transversal Theatre Company's production of Woof, Daddy. She also originated and performed the role of Maria for TTC's Blue Shade, and toured with the company throughout Eastern Europe. This summer, Mercedes and fellow UCI alums, Meghan Brown and Karyn Lawrence, established Giraffe Hunt Theater. She co-produced as well as acted in the company's premier production of Perfect Teeth for Crocodile Land, which had a very successful run at Theatre 68. jennifer bendik (stage manager) Originally
from Philadelphia, jennifer received her B.A. in theatre from Temple
University and now balances a life on both coasts. She has worked in
L.A. for the Los Angeles Film Festival, and has stage managed at the
Black Dahlia, Third Stage, 24th Street Theatre, and for various
productions at the Zephyr--her favorite production being the annual
Bob's Holiday Office Party. She is the producer of GreenFest Philly-
Philadelphia's largest environmental event, and works for the
Philadelphia Film Society on their two annual film festivals.
